Qualifications, experience, and expertise
The ideal candidate would possess most or all of the following:
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience: pitching and concluding partnerships with higher education institutions in Education Abroad offices, international recruitment, and admissions.
- Proven track record in partnership development.
- Relevant degrees or certificates.
- A strong network of higher education-related decision-makers within your network.
- Experience using Hubspot (our CRM), Salesforce or similar.
- Passionate about intercultural experiences.
- A people person.
- A strong writer and an even better communicator via calls or in person.
- Strong financial and analytical acumen, and the ability to create forecasts and models.
- Confidence and experience in presenting to large audiences.
- Experience in promoting online and/or intercultural learning products.
- Experience in DEI-related products, services or initiatives within higher ed.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Developing a pipeline of partnership opportunities through a combination of your personal network, along with a targeted approach to sourcing new opportunities.
- Taking the potential partner through the entire sales process from initial demo to contract signing and payment.
- Providing active feedback to CulturaGo’s CEO, marketing and product team on how the sales process and findings inform the companies’ strategic direction, marketing communications and product development.

Job Overview
CulturaGo’s Community Manager will be responsible for proactively fostering and building CulturaGo’s community of learners through a variety of strategies.
The core aim of the Community Manager would be to:
- Increase learner enrollemts via CulturaGo’s key partners.
- Increase course engagement and completion rates.
- Retrieve valuable user feedback, and work with CulturaGo’s Product team on implementation strategies within CulturaGo’s course suite.
Qualifications and Experience
- The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years work experience, preferably within a similar role.
- Experience within edtech, Higher Education and/or DEI, intercultural skills development would be an advantage.
- Ideally well traveled, with a keen interest in inter-cutlural skills development.
- A communications or social sciences degree would be an advantage.

Job Overview
CulturaGo is entering into a new phase of growth and is continually seeking out new and innovative ways to improve the effectiveness of our learning and community experiences.
We are looking for an experienced E-Learning Product Manager, Educational Technologist, or E-Learning Designer to join our time in either a part time or full time role, with the view of working closely with the companies’ CEO and investors in creating the short term product road map, both in terms of revamping existing products, as well as the creation of a new and exciting product that CulturaGo plans to launch in Q2 or Q3 this year.
The role will initially require an assessment of CulturaGo’s existing products, their effectiveness, responses and reviews, and an analysis of where they can be improved, in order to meet the strategic aims of the company, in delivering world class intercultural and interidentity skills training. This process will look at pre-existing data available, as well as require proactive engagement with CulturaGo learners, partners, stakeholders and broader industry analysis.
The next phase will look at setting up CulturaGo’s product road map and strategy, that will inform the learning team as to how each course is improved, in conjunction with new product development.
The product road map will need to lean in closely to the needs of the learners, CulturaGo’s partners, make the most of our existing content, and assess what LMS and/or community platforms are most suitable to use for delivery of each learning experience.
Depending on the eventual scope of the role agreed, the Product Manager may be required to project manage and oversee quality of delivery, as well as initial testing, and beyond.
Qualifications/Experience
