Power skills are the currency of employability.

As artificial intelligence reshapes work, human capability increasingly determines opportunity.

Resilience. Curiosity. Leadership. Communication.

These power skills are developed through lived experience, yet they remain difficult to measure, verify, and communicate with credibility.

CulturaGo exists to make human capability visible and trusted.

From Experience to Evidence.

For decades, education has developed human capability in powerful ways. Students grow through challenge, uncertainty, collaboration, and responsibility. These moments shape how people lead, adapt, and contribute.

Beyond belief in this growth, we need credible validation that travels beyond the institution.

CulturaGo began in global and intercultural education, one of the best environments to accelerate power skill development. Students must adapt quickly, communicate across difference, and navigate unfamiliar systems. The growth is significant. But often, it remains invisible.

As we partnered with institutions, we saw a consistent pattern. Universities were investing deeply in experiences that build career-critical skills. Students struggled to articulate that growth. Employers lacked trusted signals. Leadership lacked measurable insight.

This was not a global education problem. It was a systemic one.

CulturaGo evolved to provide reliable evidence of human capability at scale. Evidence that can be trusted, leveraged and showcased by students and leadership alike.

Our Mission

We exist to ensure that every student and professional has trusted, universally recognized validation of their power skills.

Our Vision

A world where proof of human capability is as credible and portable as a degree.

Over the next decade, we aim to verify power skill development for more than 10 million learners across education and work

Our Values

Belief in human potential

Everyone has unrealized power skills. Our work is grounded in helping individuals and institutions surface that potential.

Praxis first

Power skills are developed through application in real contexts. Evidence must reflect lived experience, not abstract proxies.

Proof over opinion

Trusted decisions require credible evidence. Structured, rubric‑aligned assessment creates clearer, fairer signals.

Intercultural intelligence

The ability to engage across differences is foundational to power skills and essential in an interconnected world.

AI as an amplifier

We use technology to strengthen and reveal human capability, not replace it.

Our Track Record

CulturaGo’s approach was proven in global and experiential learning environments where power skills are tested in real conditions.

We have partnered with more than 50 institutions and program providers, supporting thousands of learners and generating large scale evidence of career skill development.

That experience shaped a model designed for rigor, scalability, and institutional trust.

Our People

Leadership

CulturaGo is led by a team with experience across higher education, experiential learning, assessment design, and educational technology.
